Shipping is not calculated on the web page.  We find that we can often combine articles in a single box and save you money !

A packing fee will be charged, plus freight. We can ship domestic freight C.O.D., but international C.O.D. is not available.

Export packing and documents, per FOURWINDS SYSTEM is $30, plus freight.

All international shipments if shipped by commercial air carrier must go to a customs clearance port.

 When INSURANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE to some countries via U.S. Postal Service, goods will be shipped at customers risk. Commercial air carriers are insurable and fast. Check U.P.S., D.H.L., Emery Worldwide, and FEDERAL EXPRESS air cargo carriers.

For better international service, check locally, specify carrier, use street address, not a Post Office Box, and include phone number when possible.

1. Shipping Air Parcel Post takes 2 to 4 weeks, surface 1 to 3 months. However, there is no guarantee you will receive items within these time frames.

2. If not received, the Post Office will not start a trace for 60 days. Traces cost $4.50 per package and take 2 to 3 months for an answer.

3. If trace reveals a lost item, it takes 3 to 5 months for reimbursement. Eleven (11) months from shipment date may be required for reimbursement. If lost, we will reship at YOUR expense, for item plus freight. When reimbursed, we will refund cost of goods. Unless necessary we do not recommend U.S. to foreign postal services. Some foreign shipments cannot be insured. Check locally before ordering.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Checks drawn on American banks (3-7 days) or foreign banks (4-8 WEEKS) MUST clear our bank before shipment. For IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT; Credit Cards, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Electronic Wire Transfer (E.W.T.). IF E.W.T., add $10. You must pay your bank's E.W.T. fees
